The aim of these groups of businesses is internationalisation, which is easier to achieve when working as a network and sharing the resources required for this purpose.
In this role, a TES has the task of selecting companies that complement each other (vertical or horizontal integration), that are not in competition with each other, and share the same distribution channels, while developing appropriate tools to maximise export sales for the Network. Once structured, the network will manage all development activities to expand to foreign markets.
